Boot Boogie Babes Youtube Page
You can see the Boot Boogie Babes perform this Friday at Kent Cornucopia Days 6 - 6:30 pm on the Gazebo Stage. The Gazebo Stage is located in the Burlington Green Park at West Meeker and Railroad Ave. North.
Now it's time to get to know our sweet lil' Jamie! I simply love this girl! She's a no drama, steady as a rock, always bringing a smile to every thing we do kinda gal! Those who don't know her might not realize that she's very reserved and some would perhaps describe her as shy, but all of that fades away when she puts her boots down on the dance floor! Her smile beams, and you can see that dance is her release. Jamie has said to me that if she's had a tough week at work, dancing always makes her feel better.

Share with us how you got into line dancing...
I have always been one of those girls in her bedroom dancing to my music
with or without my friends there with me. We all did it right?!
I have always loved to dance
but didn’t get onto a team until the end of my freshmen year of high school. I was a cheerleader at Tyee High School
for 4 years; I had a blast with these ladies.
After my High School cheerleading days I didn’t dance much and I missed
it like crazy!!!
I remember my first night at a country bar like it was yesterday. My good
friend Cynthia pulled me to Big Whiskey Olympia, I had no choice she wasn’t
taking NO for an answer. I never listened to country music I was ALWAYS a hip
hop booty shaking girl. From this night forward I said good bye to hip hop and
turned country.
I started practicing in the garage twice a week before I went back to the
bar again; I needed to know more dances. You can say I was addicted!
Dancing has truly made me a happier person, I have made new friends and
found friends that were once lost and will never be taking away from me again
(my Miss Be’Tina).
Now I have all my boot
boogie babes I love you guys very much and can’t wait to continue dancing with
you ladies. I am excited to see what the future holds for our team!! “Always and forever my country
sisters”.
